Since our inception, dating back to the very beginning of our operation, we have remained dedicated to serving our customers the freshest fish, caught by our own hands. In 1983, our story took a significant turn when Mr. Costas and his wife Eleni founded a small tavern, specializing in offering fresh, high-quality fish to their patrons. This humble beginning marked the start of a culinary journey rooted in authenticity and excellence.
Fast forward to 2014, and the reins of the tavern were passed into the capable hands of Constantinos, the third generation of the family. From grandfather to grandson, the legacy of Pentaschoinos lives on, now under the skilled guidance of Constantinos, who not only serves as the chef but also stands proudly as the recipient of numerous awards for his culinary prowess.
Fuelled by a passion for the family business, Constantinos embarked on a mission to modernize and elevate the restaurant and its concept.
