The “Head to Tail” concept refers to an innovative approach that utilizes every part of the fish, offering various raw and cooked versions that leave absolutely nothing to waste. The new “zero food waste” menu was designed by our executive chef, Konstantinos Theodorou, with love and respect for the ingredients. We go beyond the boundaries of traditional seafood dining, recommending a new gastronomic proposal based on the “catch of the day”, by fully utilizing every edible part of the fish and serving it in various forms, textures, and flavors.

In 1983, our story took a significant turn when Mr. Costas and his wife Eleni founded a small tavern, specializing in offering fresh, high-quality fish to their patrons. This humble beginning marked the start of a culinary journey rooted in authenticity and excellence.

Fast forward to 2014, and the reins of the tavern were passed into the capable hands of Constantinos, the third generation of the family. From grandfather to grandson, the legacy of Pentaschoinos lives on, now under the skilled guidance of Constantinos, who not only serves as the chef but also stands proudly as the recipient of numerous awards for his culinary prowess.

Fuelled by a passion for the family business, Constantinos embarked on a mission to modernize and elevate the restaurant and its concept. Drawing inspiration from Mediterranean tradition and his own innovative culinary experiences, he set out to create gastronomic temptations that would tantalize the taste buds of our guests.
